I finally made my valentines ravioli, they were easy to use and sealed the ravioli tight! It might have just been the heart shape but it was kinda time consuming. Per a previous comment I pressed/cut them on a "soft" surface and just pulled the extra dough out of the way, the family loved them! I have another ravioli maker for a pasta machine and this seals much better, the other one was always splitting open when they cook.

They're easy to clean, sturdy, and make adorable pasta shapes (I love the heart)! The only thing I would say is I wish it cut the dough just a liiiiiittle easier, like I didn't have to press as hard. But they work great for ravioli!
