Super easy and fun to exercise abs

Great for people that have neck or back pain when trying to do sit ups or ab exercises. It has a light workout for the arms and upper body. It also is kind of fun to use. This is a nice addition to the home workout equipment.

I have been hurt very badly in a car accident and I haven't been able to use the heavy machines at the gym plus they hurt my back and neck where I've been injured. I already had a disc replacement in my neck and I'm going to get my spine cared for once my state opens back up for doctor visits. This machine is so kind and so friendly to those who need modifications to do exercise for the upper body.
It's so nice to the abdomen too. I had to have abdominal surgery as well because my intestines twisted in the car accident and I have a nice sized scar from belly button on down. I got rear ended by a huge truck at a stop sign and I've been recovering and this machine makes it easier. I just wish I could find the upgrade with the rowing. That way once I'm stronger I can use more weight. I'm already feeling stronger and looking better in the last week that I've had this machine.
If I could only find a great hip and thigh abductor, I'd give up my gym membership I feel. This machine is so kind to the body. If you're hesitant I understand but this is a great little machine. Bonus, it's not very heavy or big. It's a little hard to put together, only because I think I can't maneuver to put it together with ease like other people. I think it's worth it.

I bought this mostly for the rower feature because it's less expensive than rowers especially for my weight range. I'm so impressed! I was going to wait to use it since I'm outside of the weight capacity at the moment, but I couldn't wait that long. Not only has it held me just fine, but I'm already using the ab feature for crunches! I'm using it as part of my rehab plan to rebuild muscle and mobility after a long road of poor health and surgeries. I don't have a "fitness" background to speak of so it's been very helpful.
It's pretty easy to put together. My 12 year old son put it together with very little help from me.
While I don't recommend people using it over weight capacity, so far it's doing great with me and I'm a hefty chick. Thanks for making me feel like I'm not a lost cause!
