This is my thrid set of exercise bands. I perfrom every exercise for every muscle group that I did at the gym.
Additionally it is very difficult for one to hurt themselves using these. Ive set up four workstations. No more gym costs and very private.

I use these for when I can't use my home equipment such as when at work or traveling. If you're a very strong person who lifts, these won't give you the heavy "weight" you're desiring but if used properly, you can still get muscle stress and get the dopamine pumping. I use for muscle exhaustion on chest, arms, shoulders, etc...most all upper body with a little lower back. You have to get creative for legs but typically I just resort to squats in the office...chair, box or free standing.

Title says it all. You need to know how to use and set them up because what comes with the kit doesn't tell you a thing. Included exercise chart is vague, with small print and marginal illustrations.
You'll have to go to the dreaded YouTube for the info you need as the seller has yet to contact me.
Bands only have weight info on one end and there are not enough clips included to attach to a door to use. Only one one band of each weight included.
