I really liked this playpen but it just fell apart after using it with my 1-year-old granddaughter 5 or 6 times. After folding it up today 3 of the hinges on the top fell off (again) and I can't fix it due to the plastic top notches on the walls being bent in from the assembly. I can't get a refund because I have had it for 3 months. so sad and I do not like giving negative reviews. Maybe the folding and unfolding had something to do with it but I thought that was the idea with this playpen. Pricey playpen for 5 or 6 times of using. so sorry but I guess I just got a lemon of a playpen.
A must for toddlers.

I absolutely love this playpen as the color is not bright like other playpen. Also, I love the design and the attached toys that came with it. However one of the hinges to keep it attach and close it's damage. I wish I can reach out to customer service regarding this issue but I can't find any information on customer service. I hope someone reach out to me. Because I really like this playpen and how it keeps my daughter safe.
Worth the price, leave it in place once together.

If you have thought of one of these, the answer is yes, yes you need one!
It will allow you to do simple things that are innate to life: eat, use the potty, grab the laundry, etc.
The features of the molded panels are awesome and entertained our daughter very well. The size of the pen is quite big, but panels can be removed for smaller surface area. Also, the ability to bend and create circles with the enclosure is handy as well.
Once together, this unit does not serve well to be disassembled. When traveling, I'd take certain panels to create barriers as needed. The "going together" is WAY WAY WAY easier than "coming apart."
You can store the playpen by sliding everything into a small, easier to transport unit, but this will increase the likelihood of snapping a connecting bracket.
If you need a simple solution for toddler playtime areas, then I would highly recommend this product.
As a note: our daughter is 14 months, and wearing 2T everything. She has been 100% since birth and this was in no way insufficient for her size.
