I love the taste and the idea of a healthy energy drink. Ingredients are clean and healthy. Unfortunately The energy they provide is not enough to get you through a work out. The first time I tried it I fell asleep. I thought it's a coincidence, maybe I was tired. After I finishes the whole pack I can say I felt more relaxed than energized every time I had one. Not a pre workout. Taste is great so it's still a 5 start for me.

Love the drinks! Jitter free energy. Super tasty. I have them on subscribe & save. Only downside is that I seem to get a bad can from time to time. These cans are collapsed & the drink is flat. I throw these away.
