Mine came with was some damage to the blade and the original mounting base appeared to have been damaged and glued back together when I received it. However, the seller refunded a portion of the cost and with that, I was able to purchase a new mounting base on eBay. After a little bit of buffing & polishing, the blade is repaired and is perfect! It's fairly solid and HEAVY. Compared to other weapons I own, it is the 2nd heaviest (Shadowmourne being the heaviest). Nothing rattles on the hilt. The handle is wrapped with pleather cord (I will be replacing that once I find the perfect leather cord). The sword balances about where the blade is enclosed by the bottom of the skulls. I've seen some bad reviews here but you have to keep in mind that this is a replica, not the original by Blizzard and for being a replica, it is very well made.
