This seat cushion served it's purpose for a 20+ hour drive. My lower lumbar back area didn't hurt hardly at all, nor did my cheeks from sitting so long. I did enjoy the cooling, as my rear end didn't seem to sweat like it would have, had I used anything else.

This cushion is very comfortable. I use it in a Dodge Ram truck. Since the seats in the truck are pretty wide, the cushion seems to slip around off center quite a bit... where everytime I get in, it has to be adjusted. Not a big deal and it does come with straps to anchor it to the seat, but I prefer being able to quickly remove it since I only use it for longer drives. I had a different one before that seemed to stay in place much better without having to strap it down through the back of the seat.
