This cheese is delicious with a great finish. Learned in Rome that they use a specific dry pizza mozzarella. When I got home I searched the internet and luckily came upon this cheese. Same dry tasty cheese. Don't grate it, just break off small chunks and sprinkle on the pizza dough! Yum!!!!

I have tried quite a few different mozzarella cheese's and this has been my favorite for pizza. Pretty much perfect. Costumer service was also great. UPS lost the my order and they quickly sent out a replacement and even added an extra pound of cheddar that is also amazing. Would highly recommend.

I live 5000 miles from Wisconsin and ordering Cheese can be "¦ however these folks really care about getting their superb cheeses where they are going and they pack accordingly. Today I received my 3rd order of Mozzarella cheese from them and like the previous orders the cheese arrived still chilled. Quality Whole Milk mozzarella can be hard to find In Hawaii so I took a chance, now 3 times, all Perfect! Thanks cheese people :) now back to making that pizza that uses only Wisconsin Whole Milk Mozzarella. I cook 99% of what I eat including Pizzas. Life, love, good food and my doggie make me happy.
