So I bought this for the weight loss,( like everyone else) and I did loose some weight. However, I have suffered from gastrointestinal problems and on and off joint pain since I was a teenager ( I am 27). I was tested for rheumatism and do not have it. I assumed the joint pain was something I was just going to have to live with. After I started taking this I had little to no joint pain and my gastrointestinal problems were gone (I had literally tried and been prescribed everything under the sun with limited success).
I decided to see if it was this supplement or something else I was doing that caused this improvement.
After I stopped taking it for a week, the joint pain and gastrointestinal problems came back with a vengence. I will never stop taking this again. The joint pain also causes tension, which causes pretty awful headaches. My mood was greatly improved, but it could just be because I was no longer in so much joint and stomach pain. Either way, I am much happier. Thank you!

My husband's doctor recommended this for him to help with weight management and issues related to digestive health. So far, so good. He has had no adverse reactions and we are expecting good results because I have heard good things about this product, so I am hopeful that it will prove beneficial for him as well. It's still early, but I will try to provide an update on his progress in the future.

I used to take a garcinia cambogia supplement years ago and loved the outcome. After putting on 30 pounds these last two years, I needed a little boost in losing weight and getting back in shape. They do very well with appetite suppression for me. I'm only giving them 4 stars because the ones I used years ago seemed to help me burn more fat than these, but I've only been taking them for just over 30 days. I'll update if things change.

I'd prefer using fewer tablets, but product works for me. What annoyed me was the promise of getting free product for buying it, which was ignored. I submitted all forms & info, & selected my choice, & never heard from them at all. I'd bought this from same manufacturer before, but I won't anymore. Don't like sellers who ignore us & don't keep their promises. Makes me wonder about the product.

I have read alot of the recent reviews and waited to try these for a while before posting mine. Now that it's been some time....
The pills are very easy to swallow and flavorless.
The first day, I took two pills with a full bottle of water as directed. But I was working and got sidetracked and noticed that after maybe 30 minutes, I was getting a little shaky (I have anxiety...so). This happened because I didn't follow the directions. Period. I went and made a smoothie and within about 10 mins I felt better. In the afternoon, I took two pills and about 20 mins later I ate (chicken and veggies) and no shaky feelings. It's been consistently this way - if I take the pills and eat, I'm fine. If I take the pills and don't eat, I get shaky and my anxiety gets weird.
I read a few other posts about mood disorders and the pills. I have depressive issues also. The pills have not been an issue. But I maintain my moods in other ways (meditation, exercise, etc), so, I don't know if that helps - I like to think so.
These pills are not some magic. You have to eat. You have to drink the water. You have to exercise. But, I do notice that they give me more energy (50 years old and in menopause, I'll take what I can get). And, the best part - they make me feel FULL! I absolutely take in alot less calories with these than I did before & that was my biggest struggle.
I was very concerned to take these after reading alot of the comments. I know everyone is different but I'm glad I tried them and I will continue to take them!
