Got it for my 29er hard tail 2013 Giant Reval 1 that just has an air suspension fork in the front. Fit perfectly since Giant insists on using an unusual seat post size of 30.9 its great they make this seat post in that size. Compared it to riding my friends Mongoose full suspension mountain bike & it felt almost like riding a cheap intermediate full suspension bike. I'm sure it will feel even better with a better seat.
Really helps since they basically refuse to repave most bike paths & roads in my town the roads can feel pretty rough of you lack suspension on a bicycle. The seat mount could have been easier to work with. Would have much rather preferred the traditional single bolt seat mount as opposed to this annoying dual bolt seat mount they use with this seat post. Over all it is worth the money if your tired of rough roads on a hard tail bike & don't want to spend more money on a full suspension bike, it's the next best thing.

Product is excellent quality and perfectly fit my NIU BQI-C3 Pro e-bike. It was easy to install (tip: install seat before installing post in bike). I'm 6'4" and weigh 231 pounds and it works even on the lowest default setting. It really makes a difference on a bike without suspension. However, I wish it had included the wrench to adjust it since it is a fairly big Allen wrench. I really recommend this product.
Excellent, absolutely excellent.

Just put this on a Diamondback 29 Overdrive, it's not soft like others, kinda ordered it because the first one I ordered was a XLC, 27.2 size, which I thought was the biggest one, pfft, no, the Diamonback post is 30.9 so I had to order again, after reading some reviews on the Zoom brand, (I didn't want to spend too much, granted the bike deserves better, but I just wanted to change my seat out, and wound up stripping the hex nut and couldn't find a way to use the stock Diamondback post, so I figured I'll try one of these, they're not too expensive, so sprung for a couple bucks more, because I weigh, 220lbs, and the Zoom was just gonna buckle as soon as I sat on it, this is excellent not mushy or springy, but comfortable, seriously great on a hardtail 29 bike it's just that little extra, where it's gonna make the difference is in the woods, usually you'd be standing up going over bumpy terrien this will let you roll right over, so far I took it around the neighborhood parking lot and block and over bumpy grass, the bike rides like a Cadillac, the only quam I have maybe two little nit picky things, but not much you could do about it, IS... that the whole seat post goes into the frame, and what sticks out is about 3 inches which is the length of travel, for the spring, so it makes the seat sit higher, and I had to attach the post to the most forward position on under the seat, because it would make the front of the seat seam like it's sticking up a little which felt not quite right, so I got it to the most comfortable position by doing that, though if the post sat lower, it would be ok I think, I kinda like riding slightly higher though, it's a medium frame 18" bike, with a Nishiki seat, which is odd that it kinda matches the Satori name meaning in Japanese 'awakening', I can see myself going for a long ride with this set up, we used to do 10 miles plus in a day, once over 20, but gotta get back into it before that though, Happy Biking!
Good quality

When I upgraded from my hybrid cruiser to a more versatile Northrock by Giant mountain bike, one of the things I missed was the shock-absorbing post my hybrid had. I ride for exercise and pure joy. I am not going to enter any races or do any jumps or tricks. I ride mostly easy to moderate trails. Over the past year, I've been steadily upgrading my bike and thought that I would replace the solid upright with this post. It is a good post. It does help reduce the bumps of a rough road. It is not going to get rid of it. I don't generally worry about adding a little extra weight to my bike. I did notice the additional weight of the post. I did expect this since I was moving from a lightweight aluminum alloy to a spring-loaded metal post that weighs a little over one pound. It will help though reduce road shock and has a pretty good price point.
