Good, but not great.

Alright here's the deal.

For what it costs ($385) its excellent in what it offers and the quality but it does have its cons. It offers a lot of setting parameters that you would expect from a GPS aimed to assist truck drivers like height and width settings, bridge warnings, narrow roads, axle ratings, etc. It also comes with a anti-glare screen protector which is a nice touch. Its also setup like a tablet more than a GPS which is nice if you can maintain a wifi connection with it for media purposes and internet.

Cons:
-You have to be incredibly specific when putting in an address. This system is the biggest grammar nazi you'll ever encounter. Something as simple as not capitalizing a street name will result in it not finding your address.
-The route it suggests is NEVER the fastest route so be warned. It will SPECIFICALLY stick to major highways which is fine but It may add 20 minutes to your trip.
So far so good

Update: the hardware is still better than the previous model but software wise I do not trust it more. Quick recalculations and route choices on alternates are less than satisfactory.
I haven't run into any problems like others are. So far it's running like an updated version of the 740 which it's supposed to be. It's bigger but the magnet is a lot better like they said. It hasn't fell off and I don't see it falling even even if I were to point downwards and hit a bump. I've been doing this one differently and not leaving plugged in the entire time. I believe it got 5-7 hours before I had to plug it back in. I still have my 740 but it's at the end of its life with the battery and turning off randomly but I've got them both running for now until I'm satisfied with testing the new one. The 750 is more accurate with times than the 740 so I've had to adjust mentally with travels time a bit more since I don't want to use It's delay feature. The navigation screen is still basically the same. I don't keep it connected to Wi-Fi unless I want to check for an update so I don't know anything about those features.
Check out how you will mount suction cup stand before ordering

Seems like a good product, but requires the right type of surface, in viewing distance, to use the provided suction cup mount.
Great for large trucks!

This is the GPS you need if you drive a rig or towing a trailer. Nobody wants to be THAT person that goes down the wrong road and gets stick or causes a jam. The customizable options makes this a great option for anything you are towing.
It works

I purchased this to replace my TND 720 that had over a million miles on it and had guided me through 7 time zones in North America from Fairbanks, AK to St John Newfoundland to Miami to San Diego and every where in between. I've had the TND 750 for a week now putting around 2700 miles on it. So far I'm a little concerned about some of the routes it wants me to go but otherwise it works well. Very fast. As with any other GPS it is only a guide. If you follow the 6 P's (prior planning prevents piss poor performance) you will be fine.
