So I read all the reviews. I was on search for the absolute best knee ice packs that I could find. I have rheumatoid arthritis. My knees swell so crazy bad. I have tried so many ice packs. Lots have crazy condensation which gets all over the couch, bed or myself. Some have leaked quickly. They all have been too short height wise so it didn't cover enough area that was swollen. Because it's not just my knee, it swells a lot above my knee too. The others Velcro straps were difficult, stuck to anything they touch so it's annoying to get them on. Plus they don't last a long at all. None of them.

I did my research and found these. I received them, froze them, and have been using them. They cover the right amount of space and then some. The straps are amazing. Easy to use, not Velcro all over it so it gets stuck to your blankets, clothes, etc. I read a review that they were not cold enough. I have no clue what they are talking about. I almost didn't buy it because I need it to be super cold for my swelling. They think the soft part that touches your skin contributed to that. Let me tell you now. They are super cold just like you would want. The soft part feels wonderful on your skin. They only sweat on top a little bit it doesn't come down the sides because the felt part covers a large portion so it keeps any condensation from getting on any thing.
Look, I don't write reviews usually. These ice packs (I bought the 2 pack) don't get any better. I can't find something to fix on it. I mean how picky can we be? These fixed the condensation, fixed the issue with how much space they cover. They fixed the issue of them not staying cold enough because they stay really cold for a long time. They fixed the issue of legit straps that are not complicated and there are two straps so it stays in place. And they do come with a bag for each one to keep them clean and safe in your freezer.
I couldn't possibly explain any more. If someone thought they were too small they have to have a super large leg. If they leaked on them it was just one out of 100,000 that might of been bad. Who ever says they don't stay cold long enough, is just a straight up lie, or they just had that one that wasn't made perfect which happens. It's impossible for a company to make millions of these and not have a few that came out wrong. Amazon ALWAYS let's you send them back and refunds you the second they ship, but try another pair. These are amazing. 100% hands down exactly what a product like this should be. I hope this helps. And just know I have been through tons of ice packs. So I am keeping it real and honest.

I fell down the stairs and hurt my ankle and my knee. And this ice pack is just what I needed. I will say that if you lay it flat in your freezer, it does get much colder. I use it for 20 minutes and afterwards there's no pain and feels great. I like that the inside is a soft, plush material so it's not so harsh on my skin. And the straps are stretchy and you can tighten them as much as you need. If you are a bigger person, you might need to get the extra large version. But I was able to get by with this.

Received the ice packs the next day and froze and then used them immediately. The soft inside fabric is very nice and provided just the right amount of cold comfort. There is also a smooth side if you required a colder cold pack. They fit comfortably and I was able to ambulate with them on thanks to the Velcro straps. I recommend them.

I really had high hopes for this ice wrap. The different sides was a great idea and seemed to work well. My biggest two gripes are 1) it doesn't cover the back of the knee and 2) it doesn't stay cold long.

If you have any injury in the PCL area, this ice pack is not for you. It doesn't cover the back of the knee so make sure you know it covers the front and sides decently but that's all. I was surprised that it didn't stay cold long. You really only need about 20-25 minutes but after about 15 minutes, it seem to already be getting warm. I was disappointed. I found another ice wrap that excelled in these two areas and purchased that.

This is the best knee ice pack I've ever had. The padding is luxurious and soft. It fits the knee exactly and the straps allow you to tighten it to whatever degree of firmness that works for you. It's well made. I highly recommend it.
