Sturdy product - poor packaging

The product itself will fit the bill nicely - very sturdy and made of solid materials. The packaging however needs to be addressed. The box came with the step able to shift around so much that it broke two holes in the box - nuts and bolts were lost. The manufacturer responded quickly and is sending me the mounting hardware. That said, I'd certainly recommend this step to others - I just hope they package it better. Mike

Keep in mind I mounted this step on the side of trailer and nor on the front. Because of this it sticks out too far beyond the tires. If I needed one for the frond it would be perfect.
