My son has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. He's unable to ride a bike but with this trailer, he gets to experience what it's like. The seatbelt works fine on him and we added extra cushions to get him comfortable. Overall this was the best thing we brought for him!

This is nice and sturdy on the back of my bike. My grandson loves it. I'd definitely recommend. The only issue I had was getting the bolt off my bike to hitch this on but other than that, assembly was easy.
