This was my 2nd purchases from Cutebee. I am very satisfied with its customer service. I had received the package on June 14th. I counted every parts, and found out that there were 2 missing decoration pieces and 1 broken wood piece. I sent a message to Cutebee, and the customer service not only replied my message very quickly, but also sent the missing pieces from China. I got the missing parts today. I finished my project, and got lot of compliments. I will absolutely order more miniature dollhouse kits from Cutebee.

That mail person leftmy package beside and out side the mail boxes for some on else to steal or take off at end of long driveway when usually they bring it to the door and leave it at our house or porch the thing made me angry but the product are intakes ok but over all product box it was in was torn in but contents material was fine seem like ever thing s are the are in it all lit tiny products hope are here but having fun putting it to gether ver cute love litt le detail some of product could be better made but I over look that it is ok price but not sure if really fair but love it it very exited about putting it together thanks I will give up up date when finished love it yes I would buy again just next time hop it doesn't get put at mail box or make say delivery yet when it wasn't delivered at i femy home until hrs later my house thanks Amazon ,but other than that great came quickly . Ok I wish some of things like wire to the lighting were longer to to ensure the all meet up to batter ri box and al the som of the were actual lik mor realllike paper cut out fan or the books were lit bit mor sturdy look mor lik book and th lit umbrella was made of umbrella material opened shut like real umbrella but small and so of the drawers and doors on cabnets and vanity desks actually open an shut made wood not picture that you glue on but I feel like it still nice project if you are bored or need some thing to do still so cute , still will buy more in future like this or you put to gether your self I like also different style of these houses and unique decor an modern and traditional blue prints of the house also wish that each peice was number individually I've al most got it finished and it's coming to life 🤗

While this is a big build, it is not really especially difficult. I purchased mine in 2020 and just got around to building it, so instructions may have been corrected. In my book, for the 3rd floor, it says to use B3 posts - but they are too large. It should be G3 posts. The inside of the pond was plain white so I colored it blue. I ended up missing a light placement. I found it odd that placement was not symmetrical. For example, on the front gate, one lamp has a light, the other side doesn't. This is the same on the little house in the back also. Supplies were sufficient and kit was complete. I always like the ability to purchase with a dust cover.

Took about a week to complete. Will buy other models. Downside pieces were missing.
