I used the twin z and twin breast friend and both hurt my back. I was hesitant to buy one more, but I'm so glad I did! This is the only pillow I don't have to lean forward with. I can't believe I nursed without this for so long. If your back hurts, invest in this!

This nursing pillow is the best I've ever had. I love that I can use just one of the pillows or both. If I just want support for my arms while I hold my baby, I just use one. If I don't want to hold my baby with my arms while nursing, I use both. My only complaint is that the back support is not comfortable at all. It's too thick and short for lumbar support. HOWEVER, I *do* love the back support for a different use. After I nurse my baby using the 2 nursing pillows (stacked), and he falls asleep, I can replace my body next to the nursing pillows with the back support (if I lay it down and put it together like a puzzle piece), and buckle the pillows around the back support to secure it, so that my baby can sleep on the pillows and I can lay down next to him. I do not recommend doing this with babies who can roll already. I've only done this with my newborn. I also don't recommend doing this unless you will be supervising your baby while they sleep! But, doing this has allowed me to be more comfortable while I watch him. It's safe if I'm there with him, and he can sleep for hours on it.
Also, this nursing pillow set has really helped prevent my mid-back from aching. Other nursing pillows are not tall enough (in my opinion) and have caused me pain while nursing because it doesn't lift my baby up enough to reach the breast comfortably without me having to slouch. These pillows make it so that I do not have to slouch. I've even been able to lean back while using these.
I highly recommend this nursing pillow even if you do not have twins (I don't!).

If you are tall or long torso it's a must. I have the Twin Z but that can't seriously be a comfortable breastfeeding support, i still had to lean over and hurt my back. I was going to give up on breastfeeding the twins, then I got this. The back support and then the two cushions that actually bring their heads up to the beast was a game changer. It really made a world of a difference. If you want to breastfeed this really is so wonderful to have.

My granddaughter is 5 and was expecting a baby sister. I bought this as a gift just for her to use as she holds her. It works perfectly! The sections come apart so she can lay next to her baby sister and snuggle. She loves it, too.

Me and my wife do a lot of online purchases from Amazon, but have never done any product review yet. This is our first review as we are really happy with this product. My wife's sister called to rave about this product and she is super happy with this pillow. Raising twins is no joke and she swears this pillow has been a god send blessing when it comes to feeding her hungry babies, it made breast feeding much easier for her. The material is so soft, feels like cloud and has a very calming effect on babies, they fall asleep being on the pillow.
Her babies are tiny now, but this pillow has the adjustable buckle, allowing for longer use unlike other brand's which can be used only for few months. This pillow can be used as a laptop pillow for adults, it's truly multi-purpose and strong enough to hold a heavy laptop. This product is designed and made very well, it's worth every penny you spend and we highly recommend it for any new moms out there looking for ways to make breast feeding easier.
