ideal for shoulder surgery / fast replacement

The 1st one we ordered had a small hole and leaked, this company sent a new product right away without charging us. And I returned the one with a hole.
My husband had a massive shoulder surgery and this is used at least 4 times a day. To save on ice use the mini water bottles and then refreeze them. Also, don't use your tap water, use filtered / distilled (it's always better for machines anyway) We use 5 frozen mini water bottles in this and keep an extra 5 frozen for the next round.
It hums quietly and isn't loud at all. We have not used it for the heat portion but I am sure that is just as nice.
This is worth the money buying it on Amazon, through the doc office it was over $250.

If you are looking for a knee brace that not only incorporates cold but heat functions as well to help with knee problems or any other area of your body that requires ice or heat this machine is a wonderful godsend. Not only again does this provide cold ice relief by using cold water and ice or my recommendation is ice packs cuz they stay colder but you can also put warm water in the machine as well up to 140 degrees and it acts like a thermal water bottle to help massage and soothe aching muscles it's wonderful I highly recommend it and I've had no problems with anything leaking either A+ A+ A+

I love this little machine and it's a lifesaver for knee replacement surgery! We put 4 frozen water bottles in and then added water. Much easier then having to add ice cubes. Then we kept another 4 frozen so we'd always have them. Make sure you put some type of cloth between the pad and your skin. You can get ice burns if you don't. It's fantastic for after therapy too. Hook it up and take a well deserved nap.
