We got this to help my 10 yr old dog get into my car. He has gotten fearful of leaping, stumbling and he hates the ramp we used to use. He does travel a bit, so we needed a solution fast. These are perfect, sturdy and stable and no slipping thanks to the carpeted steps (he does have Grinch feet so slipping has always been a fear issue). Easy to set up, easy to collapse. It now goes everywhere with us!

Very stable, easily accommodates my 65lb golden. They are cumbersome to carry and set up. They fold flat. They are carried in the backseat of my Honda CRV. For me the only negative is the weight. I am a 74 year old woman. A younger person would probably find the weight less problematic
