This product was too good to be true! Not only was it super interesting to see the inside of my ears, it really helped to have a visual to help me clean out the earwax.
My husband somehow had a piece of my dog's hair inside his ear and we were able to take it out (with caution) as it was pretty deep inside.
The tool comes with a couple extra spoon heads so we also ended up cleaning my dog's ears. Turns out he had some of his longer hairs and even a whisker or two clogging his ears! We were able to get those out (with caution, again) and my dog acted like he was hearing for the first time!
I recommend anyone getting this tool if you are going to clean your ears. Obviously please go to a professional for more serious situations but if you're just doing a simple cleaning or look around, this is definitely the tool to use!

Smart, Clean and Visual! I still cannot believe I saw my eardrum! I love this! It took me all about 5 minutes to set it up and another 5mins to get the hang of maneuvering it well enough to angle it correctly. I needed no help at all. I saw my ear drum, my husband's and my children's. I was skeptical at first from reading stories of pieces falling inside the ear canal. Honestly, after using this I cannot come to understand how that was possible. This product is amazing and directions are pretty clear cut. The only problem was my phone. I had to press the app and hold it then click open when prompted to do so. Every time I clicked directly on the app it redirected me to the WiFi settings. Once I figured that out (rather quickly), I was good to go. I don't have much wax build-up was able to gently relieve myself of what I did have. It did irritate me to turn it in my ear a bit (nothing major). So if you have jittery hands I'd advise against it. I also wouldn't suggest allowing children to use it alone unless old or knowledgeable enough to follow proper instructions. There are also youtube video reviews which aided me in ultimately making a purchase. Not this exact one but to me they are all the same.

I have always had waxy ears and a bit of an itching problem, but I did NOT expect what I pulled out. my hearing has improved substantially, and I'm pretty happy I got this product, hopefully, I won't have to deal with hearing issues for a while.
I think this works similar to any other Ear Endoscopes, but it definitely was a bit easy to use, the one thing I did not like was having to connect it through WiFi instead of Bluetooth, maybe it could be to prevent delay? Overall great product except for that one flaw.

I went to dr. for my physical check he recommended an ear cleaning, there was a wax. I thought if I can clean it myself. I searched different methods but I wanted to try this one. It came with a nice package. I downloaded the app and started using the item in just 2 min. It was very interesting to inside of my ear. My kids also tried it, they enjoyed it. It's very easy to use and came with different extensions so we all got our own. I recommend it.

I've had an ear infection and I wanted to see what was happening in my ear and was able to see my eardrum! With being able to see how the eardrum is not very far away I've realized qtips are insanely dangerous for our ears. I have a bad habit of using qtips but I will be using this tool from now on!
