The music is annoying. I wish they would have done some nice classical tunes but instead it's like off tune Christmas songs. Other than that my 2 years old loves it and enjoys watching violin performances on tv and mimicking. Id say it's his favorite Christmas gift he got by far. Fantastic beginner toy for getting a feel for holding and general movement of violin for toddler.
