This is one item I didn't think I could buy in most Countries I visited overseas. My sister shared this tofu, her proud find on Amazon, and ever since I tried it became essential for all my overseas trips. The texture is closer to silken rather than soft which works better for my soup dish, not to mention a great source of protein on the road where the condition for sanitation or availability is obscure.

I was looking for a extra firm tofu that is organic. I thought that was what this was. As it turns out Mori-nu has discontinued making the extra firm in the organic. This organic one is a soft tofu. It has many great uses. We love it. It makes delicious ranch dressing. 😋
