I don't know how anybody could complain about these bands for the price . I would expect to pay this price for one band at a local shopping center. I don't know how long they will last but if they last 6 months it'll be more than my money's worth. Highly recommend

I have been using resistance bands for about six years now; the old set wore out (not this brand)...so I had to look for a new set of resistance bands.
After a bunch of research, I chose this brand and have been extremely happy with the product! I can get in my workout (mixed dumbells and these resistance bands) and still have A LOT of resistance to add to the bands if I need more weight.
Currently using 3 bands to do biceps, triceps, chest, legs...and if I need to add more resistance (I don't currently), it is an easy job.

I bought two for my workouts. Handles are superior. Each band has its own carabiners. Very good for the price.

I have rotator cuff injuries and the doc said get something like these for particular exercises. These work well except that you need a minimum of about 6'-7' from where you attach them to stretching enough to use the resistance. Other than that, I'd say these are pretty good. I like that they come with the handles and the carabiners on each end to either attach a handle or clip them around a poll or whatever.
