Size is misleading

When it arrived all the hardware was missing. A call to their contact number and I quickly had a replacement of the missing parts.
Assembly instructions could be a little clearer but I figured it out.
Two issues though. The minor one is the reflectors didn't stay on more than an hour. I'm going to replace them with bolted ones.
The other issue is the listed dimensions. I carefully measured my wife's scooter and it looked like it would fit nicely. Turned out those were external dimensions and the scooter is about an inch too wide to fit.

I was able to get rid of my pickup and just use my compact SUV to haul the lawn mower around. I did notice on the first trip out that the carrier did drag when I went up the driveway to the house. In the future , I will test it and then probably park in the street and roll the mower up the driveway.
