"Plug and play" with minimal work needed. Bought and installed it for my grandmother who was having issues with her other antenna. Clear reception on a handful of basic channels in the area, despite her being away from most of everything city wise. I cut the cord years ago but either something changed with the signals or my chimney mounted antenna and cables degraded. I was getting pixelation late every night that lasted until the next day. Instead of calling a technician to come out, I gave this a try. No more pixelation. The cable was a little short to reach the window so I added a short cable to reach the window. Perfect picture. Signal strength is not as high as Tivo says I need but all is working very well. I'm pleased. The towers are about 35 miles away and there are trees but I'm getting good reception. I will purchase another one for the bedroom television

I got this antenna for my TV in my front room. I don't have alot of money to work with to buy one of those more expensive antennas out there so needless to say I have tried 5 others before this one. Each worked ok but would still never pull thru many stations available. Then when it was doing ok on some channels, when I'd switch to a different channel there is always some interference & would have to get up and adjust the antenna each time to get what channel it is to come in ok. I am simply amazed with this antenna I just received. It is Outstanding !!! I no sooner hooked it up to the tv and it automatically brought channels thru without even putting it up yet. After I mounted it to the wall and I scanned for the channels... it brought 42 channels thru.
I never even knew that was possible. And not even once has there been any interference. I am still shocked at what the low cost of this antenna was. I would HIGHLY recommend this antenna to anyone. I rate this well over a '10' I am extremely pleased.
