It's a little flat thought i would expand more but it's ok. Im sleeping with the folds at the top of my head, not at the top of my back , but i will try all the different ways. Laying straight flat on my back its comfortable . Arms up over my head its comfortable. So in a nutshell good pillow. I don't sleep on it how it came. I put it in a pillow case i had.

It definitely supports my neck. It takes a hot second to get used to it. Initially it smushed my cheek and caused ear pain but it's all good now. Normally I put my arm under my pillow and now I can't do that easily and don't understand where's the arm part of this pillow because they claim it's good for arms too. So that's my only complaint but I might get one for my mom too.

I bought this pillow for my husband who battles stiff and sore shoulders/back when sleeping on "normal" pillows and snoring. So I gave this pillow a full year to be able to review it. My husband hasn't STOPPED snoring, but strangely his snoring has minimized and is a lot quieter. We are working on the snoring part with a sleep specialist, but all in all, he's a quieter snorer. My husband is an "all over" sleeper. He sleeps no his back, left side and right side. He used to toss and turn a lot trying to get comfortable throughout the night. When sleeping on 1 side, he would be woken up by soreness and would have to flip sides or on his back. With this pillow he tosses and turns probably 75% less and never wakes up with sore shoulders/back after sleeping. He battled with normal pillows getting enough support in that 90 degree head/neck angle. When we did find one, the pillow usually was too fluffy for him and his head ended up being too high AND the pillow would flatten out overtime. This pillow gives him the perfect support in that gap space and has never flattened out. I highly recommend. May not solve ALL the problems, but probably the more physically important ones. Five star rating!

Upon first purchasing this pillow, I had high hopes. I figured it would help with my neck problems and my sleeping problems, but, I'm not sure if it has or not. Sometimes the pillow is what I need ,but most time, it has not improved my comfort and sleep. If one has severe neck, and back pain, I would not recommend this pillow necessarily. But with not so bad neck issues, it is probably a good pillow.
