The airbags inflate and work wonderfully, they hold me in and lose me up. The back massager chair had an adjustable feature to accommodate most heights, sometimes my husband could use it! The media could not be loaded. Got this product as a gift from my friend. He recommended it highly to me as he felt refreshing after using it. I sat a lot on the desk as my daily job, so I thought I would give a try. I didn't expect this thing to be as effective as the one I used in the shopping mall; and thought, after all, it was just a mat. However the outcome surprised me a lot! I have to admit, I didn't feel any difference from the one I paid 5 bucks for 15 mins on a massage chair. I mean the only extra service a massage chair would have was on the legs and arms - other than that, they are literally the same. You didn't have the option to choose the strength level but it's still very refreshing even with the default setting. In addition, it came with a power cord in the package to connect on your cars which could be very handy if you would drive a long trip. I especially love the air pressure design on the neck and bottom parts. No installation needed. Can be used out of box.

Very easy to open the box. Set it where you like it. Prepare for total relaxation! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the right side of the thoracic region doesn't expand as much as the left side. This causes the left side to receive more pressure than the left. I would like to get another sent but I don't want to wait on a return before I can be in zen mode lol I'd definitely buy it again!
