The media could not be loaded. We have been enjoying this cool karaoke speaker!
This was purchased for these 4 main reasons and this unite delivers fun and the following results:

- Wheels and handle: this speaker system has wheels and a telescoping handle for easy transportation. It also helps that it is a reasonably symmetrical in weight and shape so it is stable when I wheel it around. It also has handles on the top edges for lifting or even hanging so I soundly damage the telescoping handle by lifting the sound machine.

- Lights and volume: This speaker added something more than just a loud sound system with LEDs that are pretty bright. Having a disco ball with moving LED also paints the entire room with light (You can see them working in my video).

Wireless mics and bluetooth - This is the only way to karaoke, No strings or cords on me! We wanted it to be Bluetooth enabled in case someone doesn't want to get up from where they are sitting. I actually appreciate the fact that the microphone uses 2 AA batteries and doesn't have build in rechargeable one because it allows for a quick switch and I don't have to wait to charge the microphone in case I forgot to charge it with the speaker.

- Side panel control system: Most of these units have all the controls on the top or in the front which means I have to block the speaker or lighting but not on this machine! Everything is located on the side and the amount of knobs looks like a professional dj board.

The media could not be loaded. So my sister and I both LOVE to karaoke and now that we mainly stay home, gotta invest in new toys to entertain ourselves with! Shopped around a bit and I saw a similarly priced one as this; however, the microphones were wired whereas this one is wireless so clearly, this one was the winner! The sound quality is superb with many knobs on the side of it to adjust volume, treble, bass, and more!! What I find very convenient is the many ways I can play music through it, as I can do so via usb, a micro sd card (I like to store the kids music on it this way it's always readily available to entertain them--more on that in a bit), a tablet (via bluetooth), but we have mainly been using our phones! This karaoke machine is definitely on the higher end, but I can see why. The lights go with the music and are bright. Volume is loud and the wheels on this make it super easy to move around with ease! There are TWO wireless mics and so, no fighting between the kiddos because THEY really like it too. It has been a mini party session every night in our household with this thing and the battery is long lasting although I can also leave it plugged in! We have really enjoyed this and has made our family bonding time so much more fun not to mention the kids love dancing to the flashing lights! Really like that this is fun for the adults and kids, very worth it!

The media could not be loaded. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. She is a wonderful vocalist. She really enjoys this Ankuka karaoke machine. I always thought they were supposed to have a display for the lyrics. But, if you already know the words, I guess that's not important. This machine has more tech in it than I expected. It will take you a little while, to get comfortable with all of the controls. But, they work great. You can make all kinds of tweaks to your sound. You can have up to FOUR mics connected, the two Bluetooth mics that come with it and two corded mics. The light show it pretty cool. At lower volumes, they fluctuate with the music. But, at higher volumes, they stay constantly flash. I was VERY impressed with the speaker. For a single speaker, it makes a LOT of sound., crisp, clear with nice rich bass. The internal battery lasts a LONG time. No need to have it plugged in while in use. We were using this device all Christmas eve and all Christmas day. And, it will get more abuse on New Years. Great purchase. Five stars.

What sold me on this karaoke machine was the combination of price and features. I needed to have 2 wireless microphones and nice lighting effects at the least. This system combined those two features along with decent reviews so I went ahead with my purchase. We are planning to have small karaoke gatherings and wanted something with more robust sound than the singing machine sold in the larger stores.

I must say I am very happy with the sound of this system. It is a 8" subwoofer with perhaps a smaller speaker for the highs I cannot see. There are two air ports and I cannot see much else. The system puts out good bass and highs and offers you dials to adjust each. The DJ lights includes a glitter like globe on top and front LED lights surrounding the woofer that reacts to the music. The lighting effects are excellent! It will completely add to our karaoke garage parties.

The biggest problem I have with the system are the wireless mics. They are difficult to sing with. I had a minor problem with one of them connecting and a power reset on the main box fixed it. However, the wireless mics have a very narrow field where it captures your voice. You have to hold it just at the right angle for it to work properly. They also appear to cut out sometimes which again is probably due to what I mentioned above.

The size of the speaker is like two shoe boxes together and it is not heavy at all. So this thing can double as a nice speaker for use anywhere. I haven't had it enough to test the battery length, but it reports that it can last for about 6 hours. To get around the wireless mic quality issues, you can plug in two wired mics. The instructions say all four can be used at the same time, though I cannot test for this review. There is also a guiter plug so you can almost get a Rock Band kinf of viber going.

All features considered I think you should definitely purchase this system if your budget is less than $200.

UPDATE [1]: Ankuka requested a video of the machines performance & my Amazon order number and arranged to send me a new machine. Once I receive it and check it out I will update my review.

Item stopped working within a month. Originally mic issues, now it won't work at all.
Amazon said, "so sorry, too bad" and am currently waiting to hear from Ankuka.
