Got this for my daughter so she would have easy access to her phone when we were travelling. I like that it came with the two strap choices and extra card inserts. The extra card inserts are nice because one of the downsides is that the pull from the phone while hanging made the insert flimsier. We were never worried about it ripping or breaking though. Just more of an inconvenience to have to push it back up a little to have a good charger connection. The only other thing that was inconvenient was the adjustable strap on the neck strap was too easy to slide. Nice when you're setting it, but not so much when you're walking around and it's gradually getting looser and looser. Like I said, more of an inconvenience than an issue.

Worked great on recent trip overseas. Used the long strap and did cross body. Only issue was after 2 days of use would need to remove case to charge phone as the pad between case and phone would partially cover charging port. Ended up folding part of pad back so didnot cover charging port.

I'll try to describe it as clear as I can. The insert provides a sturdy attachment. My only issue is with the lanyard. When placed around the neck, a nonadjustable lanyard will have two "bands", one on the left and one on the right to make the V-shape that leads down to the phone. Because this lanyard is adjustable, it will have a third "band", which is used to shorten or lengthen it. The third "band" creates another "hole" for you to stick your head in and can get kind of tangled up and confusing. It may not be a big deal to most, but it annoyed me enough to just buy a nonadjustable lanyard separately.

This would be such a great product if the neck strap didn't arrive twisted! I have seen enough other people mentioning it in their reviews to realize I am not the only one who has received a twisted strap. Everything else is great. The wrist strap isn't twisted. In some cases the strap can't be fixed but after working on it for an hour I was able to untwist the strap, thanks to the very helpful customer service representative Joyce. The strap lays flat around my neck but it's a little awkward worn cross-body which is what I prefer. After a bit of tweaking it's a very nice product.

The description was awkwardly written, so I wasn't sure if this would work on a Samsung Galaxy flip phone. The desription said the case should fully cover the phone. After opening the case and removing the phone, it was easy to put the tiny metal ring through the "charging" port hole in the case . The rest of the leather-like tab simply nests on the inside bottom of the case. After putting the phone back into the case, the tabbed insert stayed in place. See photos. Fully extended, the neck lanyard is 25 inches. This clasp is the pinch type, rather than the jewelry type that requires you to pull back a teeny knob to open the clasp. That's a definite plus! I plan to be alternating the wrist and the neck lanyards when needed for walks. Later, I might switch to a stretchy type lanyard that's longer. Overall, I'm quite pleased that this works with my Samsung Galaxy flip phone.
