I bought this initially to replace my old tv, a 2016 1080p smart tv from samsung. Against my better judgement, I bought it used for 250.
When it arrived, ahead of schedule I might add, I had my fingers crossed. Dead pixels, cracked screen or just flat out doa, I feared the worse.
Well, I lucked out. Aside from missing the instruction manual and one of four screws, it works perfectly on my ps4 pro.

Sound Quality is disappointing

Likes: The price and options within this TV is excellent. Picture is clear and the setup was especially easy. Having the loaded apps simplified the setup. It includes Air for my iPhone too. We've bought many Vizio TVs over the years and trusted that this would not disappoint. Pairing with Dish, phone and home WIFI was a snap.
Dislike: The sound quality is very disappointing. Most of these Vizios have speakers on the back angled towards the sides of the set. The speakers for this TV is located under the set so the sound is aiming straight down. I plan to add a small speaker set to enhance the sound. Picture clarity and sharpness is adequate for a TV in this price range.

Has great color & many streaming options built in. I do not like the sound quality. The speakers are in the back, so it's a bit quiet unless turned up loader than I'd like. I plan to purchase a soundbar or surround sound to connect for better sound quality. I'm overall happy with this purchase though.

Update to the previous update below: The software in the TV is what indicates the V505-H9... the actual model number on the label on the back of the TV says V505-H19. So I really don't know WHAT I have.
Though it is confusing and disappointing, I'm actually still pretty happy with the quality of the TV.
Update: I've just realized that the TV that I actually received is the model V505-H9 -- NOT the V505-H19 as in the Amazon listing. The V505-H9 was released in 2019, the V505-H19 in 2020. The box that it was shipped in has a V505-H19 sticker on it... I still like the TV, but now wonder about it's lifespan and any tweaks that Vizio might have made for the 2020 model. I *AM* disappointed and feel that I was deceived! My overall rating has been downgraded accordingly to three stars from five.

I've only had this Vizio Smart TV for less than 24 hours, but so far I'm quite happy with my purchase. This set replaces a 2015 43 inch Vizio... and the improvement in quality, in virtually every way, is significant! I'm still exploring all of the ways to fine tune the picture for my environment, not to mention the myriad ways to stream from a wide variety of sources, including Apply AirPlay.
I'll check back in and update if I have any gripes or other surprising revelations, but my initial impressions are very positive. ðŸ‘

The picture quality is good the sound is pretty wack still playing around with settings might just buy a sound bar idk yet the free channels and Smart cast stuff don't work outside of us.. the built in Chromecast function is kinda dumb of u pause the video then switch input and go back to Chromecast it stop casting it doesn't stay paused waiting for u.. so I just plugged in a actual Chromecast.. the value for money is there thou.. the viewing angles are okay could be better but it good for the price
