Fits the bill

Review after 2 weeks wearing daily
I was in the market looking for a replacement sheath for my leatherman surge. I found this and gave it a chance.
I will say I am surprised by the material and craftsmanship for the price point. I did modify it slightly - as you may be able to see in the pictures, I cut down the leather that sits right above the multitool. This was because it started to fold over my multitool and get in the way. Aside from that it fits everything nicely.
The surge fits with more space for a bigger tool if needed. I opted for the sheath with the pen slot cut at the bottom so I could fit a proper pen. The flashlight holder fits my Fenix PD36R(which sits a hair above 1in. in diameter) just about perfectly.
The only other issue I've found is that it's quite a large sheath. Depending on the pants I'm wearing I need to skip a belt loop, or the whole sheath will not sit flush on my side.
None of the cons are a deal breaker for me as I love having my EDC readily available. All in all I think it was worth the price point.

I seen some videos of flimsy tool pouches. The slots were to big and loose for the tools.. NOT THIS ONE. I was surprised and releived to see this was a quality product for a fraction of the cost.

This product is exactly as advertised. The quality is much better than the cheaper Chinese one's, but not as good quality as the really really expensive one's. The leather is of sufficient thickness and the stitching is holding well under pressure, it is durable enough to satisfy my needs as an everyday carry.
I have added a Stainless Steel Telescopic Nunchaku into the main pouch, a standard pen into the pen pouch until I can afford a tactical pen. And a slim folder knife in the last pouch.
This makes for excellent use when worn around the home on private property, because it frees up your pockets. And allows me to practice with my Nunchaku and knife without having to go looking for them.
If certain items are illegal or questionable in public places, you can very quickly remove these items from your Multitool Sheath before leaving home and put more legal items into your Multitool Sheath instead, like a multitool and torch.
I absolutely love it and would recommend this to anyone that wants an affordable option where you get your "best bang for your bucks".
It needs to be attached at both ends to hold firmly in place up against the body. Or it will create a pocket between the item and the body. I use a velcro strap to help maintain the tension.
