I sized up one size (XXL) and it fits me perfect and so the sleeves are longer, like pictured. I am glad I didn't get the XL or it wouldn't have fit me properly. It's very soft and comfy. I am not a fan of sweatshirt collars and I purposely stretch them out or buy V-necks and same with this one as well, but that's my preference.
