Ive used this a bunch of times to date and Im not feeling it. The fact that the air fryer has to pre heat bothers me. If I cook something(whether im using the oven or air fryer) on the bare rack, it drips to the bottom and burns causing smoke and food odor in my house! There seems like theres nothing i can do about it because by nature of the air fryer product, you HAVE to cook it on the grate or in the basket. I came from the Air fyer oven that was perfect(gave it away)

Lastly, you can only change the temperature between 350 and 400.

Its not made for ease of use either.

I think i want a refund for this one!

I just received this product in the mail. I used it twice and love it already!!! The black color blend on well with my counter. Didnt think I would refer the black over the silver but it looks more chic! Its a really nice size too!

Im going out today to purchase a 4 lb chicken to rotisserie tonight!!!

The only downfall is the need to pre-heat before you use a few of the functions. It is what it is though. Ill sacrifice that for a great product!

I bought this oven in early 2021 and became a cooking machine. I think because on the counter, it was more accessible for me due to spinal issues. My wall oven is good but I live alone and I just started going straight to this oven instead. Of course when I got this oven I had to test it out and over a year later, I haven't stopped. I've become a good French Bread maker among other things. Home made iron skillet pizzas, Moussaka, Short Ribs, Cup Cakes, Cheese Cake, Air fried fries, wings, bacon and all kinds of frozen goodies. Their recipe for the fried chicken was pretty good. I made things I never made before, ever. I'm not doing bacon in this anymore as I want this oven to last and although bacon cooks evenly it splatters no matter how I cook it. In short, I used and abused my Crownful Air fryer/multi oven as my waist line shows. I found a joy in cooking after I got this oven and I used it so much that I couldn't get it clean anymore. Even so, it never really smoked or anything bad, it just didn't look good anymore and the air fryer, drip and crumb trays wouldn't come clean and looked really bad. After my review stating the appearance of my oven after a year the company contacted me. I was out of warranty and wasn't expecting anything, well.. .maybe replacement crumb trays and drip/food tray and basket, but instead they sent me a new oven. Although I think I was ok in my cleaning of my first one I'll be more particular with this new one. No more bacon in it. Well maybe once or twice a year. Wiping it down after it cools. Foil in the drip/food tray and not leaving that tray in there when not needed. An all metal splatter screen over the air fry basket when applicable, which isn't in the recommendations as far as I know, but I want this new one to last a long time.
I could go on and on but I really want to acknowledge and thank them for their customer service. Know that if you get this oven they really do want us to be happy with it. Just keep it clean and it should last a long time.

This was a relatively cheap air fryer / toaster oven - at least compared to our Cuisinart that didn't last a year. It's easy to use, has a large cooking area and came with a bunch of accessories and functions. I do have two gripes:
1. The toaster is sloooow. It's slow to pre-heat and it's slow to toast. Making medium toast takes 6 minutes.
2. The air fryer function only goes up to 400F (maybe I'm trying to set it wrong), but a lot of air fryer recipes call for 450/475F. I ended up using the broiler function and it worked well enough.
So a decent, imperfect toaster with a bunch of different cooking functions that didn't break the bank.

We love this Oven/Toaster/Air Fryer/Rotisserie/Dehydrator...! We had a similar product from Black & Decker we were using before having the opportunity to try the Crownful Over. It was ok but the Crownful oven blows it away. It has a very large capacity. My two sons have big appetites and with the other oven, sometimes we would have to cook two separate batches of food but with the Crownful oven there is enough space that we only have to cook one batch. We use the Air Fry function quite a bit and it is nice that the Crownful Oven has a one click button that puts it into Air Fry mode. The Crownful Air Fry function cooks faster and more evenly than the Black & Decker one did. I like the digital display. It makes setting the oven mode, temp and time very easy and it is nice that it has a built in clock as well. I know it is a little thing but it is great that the Crownful oven has a light in it. It really helps to see the food cooking. If anyone is looking for a multi-function toaster oven (I almost hate to call it that as it does so much more), you cannot go wrong with this one.

I love the rotisserie feature for a small whole chicken. After a year of using this oven I have not been disappointed with it functioning. Now thedoor hinge has popped off and maybe inside it I don't know. All I.did was open it and now it's a wrap folks. Sadness
