This is by far the best poot together dice carrier ive ever owned, and ive owned a lot of them. the inserts are sturdy, but they cant hold some of the bigger millimeter dice, but thats not a deal breaker. awesome awesome awesome product

I absolutely love this! Holds a ton of dice, looks super nice. Nice high-quality materials look and feel super good! I cannot say enough good things about this.
I got some personal dice holders from Forged Dice and got this because of how much I like those. Absolutely won all my future business for TTRPG dice products!
Wish it was bigger

I may have to get another one, with how many dice sets I'm buying recently!
Not build for non-standard dice sets

This is great if all your dice are run-of-the-mill Chessex or similar standard sets of 7 dice. I own a lot of sharp resin dice, custom slightly oversized sets off etsy, and 10/12 sets with 4d4 or 2d20. The larger sets can take 2 slots which isn't a problem but the slightly oversized don't fit and take a LOT of finagling to get the lid to close.
Definitely Rugged

Really 4.5. I was going to give it a 4 for reasons to follow. What convinced me to bump up the rating was my 80lb, 8 month old German Shepherd puppy. He knocked the case, full of dice, down a full flight of oak stairs. It made loud racket, everything exploded, and you could hear the sound of hundreds of dice rolling down the stairs. It sounded like a very large dice tower, and scared the puppy, who refused to go near the stairs for a while. I thought the sound was pleasing. To my surprise, the box inserts, cover, and bottom piece were unharmed, although scattered everywhere. A little scratch on the bottom piece, which was no issue. Other than that, it is a great case with felt lined trays and plenty of compartments. All the dice stay put when closed, no matter what the position. The two drawbacks are:
1. The compartments could be made just a mm bigger or so, in height and width. 9 standard D6's can fit flat in each, but the fit is very tight, they have to be pried out. If they were just a little bigger, there would be room to put the 9 die and have a little room to pull them out. This applies to the height also. If it were just a tiny bit higher, the D6's could be stacked so that 18 would fit in each compartment. As it sits now, they can't be double stacked.
2. The price is a bit high.

Even with those two drawbacks, it is a great case, holds a lot of dice, and passed the dog test.
