A number of years ago, my grandmother used to make Mamaliga - which is made basically made from cornmeal and water. I found a microwavable recipe on the internet and used this cornmeal to make it. Although it wasn't the same as my grandmother made, it was pretty good and instead of putting feta cheese into the mixture I put yogurt so it was healthier.
