I prepared my meat and seasoned it up overnight. I took the meatgrinder out of box washed it all up and in less the 4 minutes had it full assembled and ready to use. I dropped in the seasoned cubes of meat and had it set to a medium setting. it was about 3.5 pounds of meat and in about 5 to 7 min had it all ground up. Clean-up was easy as well took less than 10 min to fully clean and store the unit away ready for use again soon. WELL WORTH THE MONEY
