Pros-windmill well constructed, works as expected Cons; you will need to have a pole welded to the mounting flange. This set me back another $50 for the weld (in addition to the heavy duty pole/pipe. The unit came with a defective charge controller which had the brake on always(I have seen this in other reviews. The seller quickly replaced and it is functioning fine now. The seller is obviously a ESL speaker and it was difficult to communicate but they responded VERY quickly.

This turbine has supplemented my solar enough to nearly eliminate the need for my backup generator to be run.... Without appliances or television. The initial charge controller never worked, however, customer service sent a replacement very quickly.
I am unsure about the amount of charge being received, and given the charging capabilities, This is definitely not a primary charging option. Wind that charges at 5-20 amps, over maybe 5-15 minutes, really will not provide much of a charge at all. However, 24 hours (or a couple hours)of high winds has the capability to charge very nicely.
