Easy to use, and does a great job.

While this is a wee bit heavy, it's worth tolerating! I am always doing touch ups or full on moping. I have zero carpet in my house so that is a lot of luxury vinyl flooring. I needed something that I can always grab and mop. It doesn't leave your floors over saturated. On deep mop days, I take the pads and run them under very hot water, then wring them out before I start. I ordered the pet solution that goes with the mop but you can easily use a vinegar and water solution as well. You can also add extra warm water to your spray mixture for a deeper clean. It navigates around my toilets as well. It takes getting use to because the pads are constantly spinning and it will run away from you. The charge will last for me to do my entire house, about 1,800 Sq feet. It shuts off as soon as you move the handle forward. Worth the money in my opinion.

This easy to use hard floor cleaner is by far my favorite! I purchased it July 2023, and it's a pleasure to clean my LVP floors! The machine itself is easy to maneauver, has just the right weight so as not heavy, but glides across the floor without "jumping". It cleans under the smallest of spaces and nooks. It feels "self propelled " almost, and the sprayer is perfect! It sprays a nice amount of cleaner just where you want it! I make my own chemical free cleaner, and just add to the reservoir. The floor pads clean easily in my washer, and the machine itself holds a decent charge. All in all, this was a great purchase!

I just used this for the first time and can say I'm very pleased. My home is over 100 years old and as expected has lots of nooks and crannies in the kitchen around cabinets, radiators, appliances, peninsula and doors. Normally to get around those things, I have to use a scrub brush on my hands and knees. Not something I look forward to any longer. When I saw that the pads on the spin mop were extended from the unit, my hope was this would be great solution to getting along all the edges of the flooring. I also have a very textured vinyl floor that can make cleaning it properly challenging. This did an amazing job along does edges. I'm also happy with the flat surfaces and how well it cleaned in the texture of the vinyl. I did as directed in the instructions and wet the floor with the spray and let it sit for several minutes before going back over with the scrubbing pads. This is going to make keeping the floor sparkling 1000 times better! Can't wait to try it on all my wood floors.

In the last year we replaced our carpet on the first floor with vinyl planks. With this change, I felt like the floors got dirtier faster, or just showed more. I had been using a mop where you use the pad and then toss it after one use. I felt like this was so wasteful and that my floors still weren't getting clean! Not to mention it was a workout to get stuck on messes or dirt to come up. I started my search for a new mop. This one was highly recommended and rated so I took the plunge and ordered it. It was delivered quickly with prime and was easy to put together. The model I ordered came with two small bottles of cleaning solution that you dilute with water. It charges up quickly and is so easy to use! Because the mop heads spin, it is sort of self propelled, it is so easy to breeze through mopping! I like that it came with a tray for it to sit in while charging too! I've only used the standard mop heads but they have worked great and it is convenient to just toss in the wash and have them ready for my next use! I feel like this gets my floors clean and quickly! I no longer dread trying to mop my floors! I would definitely recommend this mop to others and I love that Bissell supports pets in need for at least their pet line!
