My 83 year old mom has a curvature in her spine and arthritis, she resisted using a cart for years but this year she decided it was needed to give her more options for outings. This cart is so cute and stylish, we bought the silver color. The battery seems to last a long time. It breaks down easily and mom was able to put it in her car and put it back together easily. The cart is on the small side which is perfect for mom as she's only 5'2, if you or your loved one are tall you may want a different cart.

Love the scooter, but it did come with the handle that lifts the battery out broken. The company was very quick to send out a replacement piece. I would give it a five star if it came without any problems. The way it was packed could not have broken it, so why did they pack it if they knew it snapped?

I bought this scooter while I was visiting my daughter in Chichago in order for me to get around easier because of my bad knees and in order to keep up with them when their walking. My scooter was a dream and I love it. My only issue was the handle for the battery pack came damaged and with continues traveling and usage I know the other side will definitely break off. If they are replaceable I would like for the manufacturer or Amazon, whomever was responsible for the damage to please send a replacement. I just got this scooter and will be looking forward to using it in all my future travels.
