Let's just get to it. I'm 5'9 1/2" and right now about 220lbs. I'm tall so carry weight throughout my body. I bought this in size XL and I love it This gave everything it was supposed to. The cup size is for women with perfectly positioned "girls" but it's still super flattering. I'm not posting photos of me in lingerie on the internet for anyone but please believe me it's worth the buy.

I am 5'6" 175 36 DD. I ordered an XL. It would have fit my torso and body but there is NO cup depth in this design. It would not hold more than an A cup size. It's beautiful but not for full breast bodies.

I ordered a large, thinking it might actually be too large as I normally wear medium now, but the body suit is a bit to small. Granted, loosing about 5 pounds would probably help with that issue.
Other than the fit of it I'm super excited about the body suit. It looks and feels great, it's stretchy so it doesn't cut off circulation, and it has snapp buttons at the crotch which is super helpful if your wearing it for a while and need to potty but don't want to strip down to do so. The bra could be sized a little larger, as the cups don't have any support.
Tldr: super cute, but might want to size up so it fits well.
