DVD's work just fine.
I will say this is not for beginners. Former high school athlete in my early 30s now. Let myself go a little bit.
First 3 weeks in and I'm already down 10 pounds. This will get you motivated, Shaun T is motivating in the sessions, encourages rest when needed, and overall it's a crazy program.
Would not recommend for people with knee pain. There's a lot of jumping, lunges, squats, etc. I enjoy the workouts are quick, usually under an hour.
Doubt I will continue it after the 60 days is up, as now it has encouraged me to get back in the gym.

Point is, this program is intense, hard, tiring and just a workout that will make you realize that you are way out of shape and that you do need to workout. If you push yourself and stick with it you will see results but this is not a walk in the park. Its a challenge that you may or may not enjoy. That all depends on you and your expectations.
