The seafood was still fresh, as well as the steaks, upon delivery and needed an additional day to thaw from the dry ice shipment. The lobster turned out very well: moist, flaky & buttery. Plus the steaks complimented the lobster perfectly. Absolutely would order again, so bloody good.
