The food arrives in professional packaging that keeps it cold and fresh. I was raised in New England so I know good lobster. I was craving some home style cooking and I can honestly say, the lobster I had from Lobster Gram was sweeter and more tender than any lobster I remember having. You don't even need melted butter. It's flavorful simply steamed. The filets are comparable to the finest steak houses. What a great way to treat yourself or someone you love. A nice gift to send to someone during this time.
