I take one of the tiny pills twice a day rather then both at once. That way I am spreading out and the small size is great. Reasonably priced insurance policy for health me thinks.

This multivitamin is great for younger guys that want a little extra insurance that they're getting their daily values met for most vitamins and minerals. I'm in my 20s and get most of my vitamins and minerals from the foods that I eat, but I take one of these a day for an extra boost. I like that these don't have iron, as I get plenty from my diet. I also like that this doesn't have an excess amount of biotin (does terrible things to your skin and I'm already acne prone). I like that the individual pills are normal sized and easy to swallow. Overall, taking one of these a day makes this bottle a great value.

I ordered these for my grandfather because he said he didn't like taking the full size ones, calling them "horse pills". These are far easier for him to swallow, since they're smooth. Breaking the full size ones in half was an option but then there would be a flat size to them, and nobody wants pointy corners on a pill.
