Mission figured out how to make a gluten-free tortilla that is SOFT. Perfect for pinwheels and roll-ups. The flavor isn't overpowering; a good compliment. There are only 6 tortillas per pack, so they'll go fast. Two packs is not an excessive number of tortillas. Shipping isn't the fastest, but the product is worth the wait and they arrived in a box that was about the most perfectly-sized box I've ever seen. I've already ordered this again.
