Awesome travel workstation

I paired this stand with a bluetooth keyboard to create a mobile workstation, and I love it. I can prop my laptop screen up high, where I'm not slouching to see it, and I can type comfortably at the same time. The travel bag is perfect, and if fits neatly in my messenger bag with my laptop. Super well-built. Holds thin and thick laptops with ease. Could also use for reading, art, or a projector. Easy to adjust, very sturdy once assembled.
Perfect solution to my problem

I have 2 cats that love to walk on my laptop, and sometimes lay on the keyboard. I wanted an inexpensive and simple solution to tilt the laptop at an angle too step for them. Problem solved. The one cat still leans up against the laptop on the stand to get to a window, and so far these have held up well. Once in place with the weight of the laptop on them they are quite sturdy.
Lightweight and easy to use

I do Telemedicine and learned early on that patients do not like a view of my nose hairs. Putting a laptop on a box or book to raise the camera works, but keyboarding is difficult. Arms and hands fatigue.
I bought a laptop holder early in the Pandemic that is heavy, a bit difficult to adjust 3 joints and make sure it is level. It is bulky but easy to move -then go thru setting up again. It lives on my desk at work.
This is much lighter with a single joint on each side.rather than a heavy tray for the laptop, it simply spreads and supports the laptop on the two arms. It is less adjustable, but that is a feature. The height and angle are easily set with a triangular brace on each side. I find the lowest setting easiest for keyboarding and looking at the patient on the screen.
I use this from home or when traveling. It is less robustly engineered, but more adaptable and moved. The price is much cheaper. I have not seen likelihood of wear, tear or breakage. It holds laptop firmly and doesn't move on the table. I totally recommend for teleconferencing and telemedicine.

This is exactly what I need for my work laptop! It helps raise my screen so that it's level with my monitor.
I like that it angles my keyboard too! I have a kitten that likes to run across my keys and this helps stop him

I wish the hooks at the ends were a little longer. I have a 17" Asus Rog Strix. I prefer this on the lowest possible setting to type on. There's very little bounce but the bottom floats up off the stand a bit and the hooks don't come up enough to securely grab the bottom of the laptop. I think it's safe enough I just wish there was a little more grab to it.
