Great jacket for price

I bought this jacket last year and waited to try it on the slopes before writing a review. I researched all reviews before buying one and this had the best at the time, for the price margin I wanted to spend.
It's probably the best ski jacket I've owned and I have a lot. It's very warm, has plenty of zipper pockets, is extremely waterproof, and comes in a variety of colors. I bought it because my wife bought one and hers held up really well after a few falls on the slopes, because she's not that good;).
There are only a few downsides to the product. It doesn't breathe extremely well, but not a ton of ski jackets do. It would have been nice to have some zippers down the inside of the arms (pit/chest area) to allow for ventilation. Also, it only has snap buttons at the top and bottom of the zipper. It would be nice to have about 3-4 more buttons to help keep the seem over the zipper to reflect water and wind.
I snowboarded in it wearing only a t-shirt under all week in degrees varying 10* to 40* and had no issues. When it was 40*, I unzipped it and let it hang open as I came down the hill (again, the ventilation would have been nice).
#1 reason I bought it was for the color so my kids could point me out really quickly against everyone else skiing. Not many neon green jackets on the slope!

Lightweight ski jacket. I wear an XL, ordered an XL, fit like an XL. Looks nice for warmer days but let's get real. I needed this jacket like hole in the head, I have so many, but for $35 on sale I couldn't resist. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a bargain.
Good waterproof jacket

I have been using this jacket in an extreme cold weather area for the last few months. It is waterproof so it does well in snow or rain. The hood is attached to the jacket with a zipper and it can be easily removed if needed.
The jacket has adjustable cuffs, lots of zippered pockets all around on the outside, an inside pocket, and an overall nice design.
I would've liked this jacket to be warmer, but the lining is relatively this for a winter jacket. Since the jacket is not warm enough for extreme cold weather, it is only good as a waterproof layer of clothing, but other layers are needed for warmth.

I have two teenage boys who really don't want to wear coats so because I am buying this just for the times they will actually HAVE to have a coat they have the same one in slightly different colors.
Regarding color. The Dark Grey is pretty much Black so my boys might have a hard time telling theirs apart.
Regarding size. I first purchased Small thinking it might fit the bigger of my two boys. As he is between small and medium in men's shirts. The Small fit him like the Boys XXL 16 coat he just grew out of. Needless to say it didn't fit the smaller of my boys either.
I then went with the Large. This fits my bigger boy (the one who is between Small and Medium in men's shirts) great in the sleeves. It's a little bulky in the body but I figure it's fine as he isn't likely to wear it except for when he wants to have layers on underneath anyway. I went ahead and ordered the Medium for my smaller boy (he is between Boys 16 and Men's Small in shirts) and it fit him great in the sleeves but also bulky in the body.
I cannot say much for the warmth or the sturdiness of the coat as they have not yet worn it. Both boys like the synthetic fur on the inside.

great coat! I use this for snowmobiling. it works great as a windbreaker, but is still a little thin, so a sweater or something is still needed on the inside.
