After hurting the top of my hand & getting stitches trying to ice that specific area of the hand is next to impossible with a standard ice pack. These were literally a life saver & made it SO MUCH EASIER to be able to ice my hand & still have minor mobility in my fingers if I needed to move something or pick something up quickly!
wish i had found these sooner

As an eczema sufferer I have found these to be fantastic! I keep the whole thing in the freezer in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, and can easily slip them on to keep me from scratching.
Leaked gel

I really liked but one of the packs leaked gel. I probably microwaved a little too long but I did it several times at same time and it didnt seem to bother. My microwave is 1000 watts and when I did for 15-20 sec it didn't seem to get warm enough for me. don't know if I can buy A replacement pack or not
Temperature is just right

Work great hot or cold. Genius idea to have freezable inserts. The pack inserts are a great size to use on their own too. I also use the packs for migraines and to keep cool (back of the neck). They stay cold for a really long time without being too cold initially, and there is no dripping condensation as they slowly warm to room temperature
Just ok

I have RA so I got these for the swelling in my hands. They're fine, they don't stay cold very long and the material is a little to stretchy so when I slide my hands into them it's not snug enough towards my knuckles and fingers so I don't get enough cold to help
