I have RA so I got these for the swelling in my hands. They're fine, they don't stay cold very long and the material is a little to stretchy so when I slide my hands into them it's not snug enough towards my knuckles and fingers so I don't get enough cold to help

The ice packs are slim and stayed in place in the glove/sleeve. The gloves seem well made. They don't stay cold for a great length of time, but they do work for long enough to bring relief to my hands. Had very bad poison ivy that itched to the point of burning, these cooled it down and helped more than anything else i used. I did wrap them in a piece of paper towel for the first few minutes. I will use them warm when my arthritis flares up.
