Nice long string of indoor/outdoor lights

The media could not be loaded. I bought these lights to wrap around a handrail that follows along steps leading from my front door to my driveway. The steps are made of natural stone and can be difficult for people to navigate at night. I wanted lights that could be festive around the holiday season, but also appropriate for year-round use. I really wanted lights that were built to be outside. These lights have been perfect. They are little LED bulbs in case then a plastic tube. The plastic tube seems to be impervious to weather. So they look like they'll last for quite a while. They come with a remote control that has a range of probably 20 to 25 ft. So I can turn the lights on from my living room as people are coming and going which is nice, because I don't need to go outside to turn them on in the winter. They have about 30 or 40 settings. The lights can twinkle, wave, flash on and off. You can make them red, green, blue, white. You can also adjust the brightness as well. you can adjust all the settings from the remote control. So far I'm very pleased with this set of lights. I'm considering getting a set to illuminate my back porch as well.

The media could not be loaded. The tube is about as thick as a straw. I would think safer to use as we have cats who like to chew on bulbs. But it isn't bulky and will be great for just about any setting. It is 39 feet long. The remote comes with a battery but you will need a usb plug in for the lights (like what you get with your cell phone). It has many settings to choose from on the remote. But takes no real technical know how. Just push buttons and see what you like! I like how you can make it dimmer or brighter. Set it for a certain amount of hours. Choose to have it twinkle or flash or simply choose one set color. If you can't decide then just push auto. There are 39 different settings. I love all the brilliant colors!

I will add an extension cord so I can get the entire deck rail, but the pluses are that this is a usb outlet with plenty of leading wire before the lights, incredible number of colors or flashing combinations, and even a timer feature. I was also impressed that there are clips and screws in the box, which will allow me to Install them a little more permanently. I'm thinking these will look great year round with the availability of color choices. When using the timer feature, you can be sure it's set since the sun portion turns green! UPDATE: can it get better? Yes! I put the timer on last night. 24 hours later they came on again for another 6 hours! Set it once and you're good!!!

When you receive these lights and put them up in daylight they appear dull and lifeless. But wait for nightfall or in a darkened room then turn them on. WOW.
I really like the tiny remote control; just stand back and run the lights through their numerous sequences. The lights have a USB plug so you will need a 120v wall plug with a 5V USB outlet. I also have a small power pack I use to power my phone when traveling, so I tested using it to power the lights, 1-hour used only 5% of the power pack. When Christmas was over I took them down and stuffed them into a tall Chinese lamp - now I can view them year-round..

The media could not be loaded. This 120 LED rope light set is just what my son has been wanting for his room. These lights accent his tv/gaming area perfectly. He's thrilled with them. It includes a remote control that you can also use to change the color of the lights (16 different color varieties ) and change the mode (8 different modes). These lights also have a timer which I love! You can use multiple timer settings. The box also has a set of 10 screws and 10 clear mounting clips to make it easier to hang up or mount the lights where you want them. The lights are bright and colorful. I tried to include more pictures and videos to show all of the varieties but my photography skills are not so great, haha. Make sure that you have the ability to power the lights by USB because the cord uses USB connect instead of a regular plug.
