High level this is pretty good. Quality ingredients that taste good and heats up quickly. Compared to some of the better chili I've had this is lacking in flavor and spice and its pretty tomato heavy IMO. Compared to any kind of soup or chili that comes in a can/is shelf stable this is very very good. In terms of convenience and something that can be heated up quickly without a lot of carbs or additives (most soups) this gets high marks but it is pretty expensive for what you get and the chili itself is a little bland.

Like some others, there was an error and I got soup the first time I ordered instead of chili, so Amazon refunded me. I tried ordering again after the people at True Primal said they were told Amazon fixed the issue. This time I did get chili! (and as a bonus I got to try the beef & vegetable soup which is also good).

As with the soup, I find this needs a little salt. I also add a bit of hot sauce, as it's not spicy as-is. Overall these are probably bonuses, because it's easy to add salt and make it more spicy, but not the opposite.

It's entirely good all on its own, but I also like to add extras to it to tune it to my taste (including roasted Hatch chiles of course). It's maybe a bit expensive to have every single day but it's a fantastic occasional work lunch, and still cheaper and healthier than fast food!

This is the best commercially produced chili I have ever tasted. Securely sealed and has an outstanding shelf life.

I did not care for the taste of this chili soup. I only ordered it cause they were out of stock of all their other items. I usually order the Italian Wedding. I prefer the beef chili at Whole Food.

Update: I've grown to like the taste of this Chili. Just need to get used to it. There was a winter freeze this week and I stayed home all week. I am glad I had these in the fridge. I eat it with couple hard boiled eggs and it is satisfying (almost Carnivore) meal.

This product is great. I just added a few of the spices I enjoy to make it more in line with my palette.
